This issue just recently came up, and we are trying to pin down exactly WHERE the problem is. Users outside our LAN have begun having intermittent problems logging in via iNotes. The login process goes smoothly, but the interface fails to load completely, sometimes giving "iNotes error" messages, sometimes loading only a part of the page (then the browser records javascript errors), while other times performing normally.
This behavior seems to only be when users are connecting outside our LAN.
We have checked our firewall, checked our server, and checked everything in between. There are no log entries anywhere pointing to a problem. Has anyone encountered this sort of behavior? Could someone at least give us a new direction to look? Thanks in advance.
